Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page explains the cookies Lawyers-and-Solicitors.com uses. See our privacy policy for how we handle personal information generally.

Advertising and analytics cookies
These are set by Google and, in the UK, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, only if you consent in the message shown on your first visit.
- Google AdSense shows the ads that fund the site. With your consent, ads can be personalised to your interests and Google can limit how often you see the same ad.
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages are used, so we can improve the site.
Google publishes the current list of the cookies it uses and what each one does: how Google uses cookies.
Visitor statistics without cookies
We also count visits with Matomo, run on our own statistics server. It is set up not to use cookies, so it stores nothing in your browser and does not need your consent. See our privacy policy for the information it receives.
Changing your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Privacy settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop parts of the site, such as signing in, from working.
